This has been my experience as well. I typically order one size bigger than I normally wear.Gravey":2rg7z38l said:Looks like the comments say they run small. ..............Any comments?

I bought some Under Armour 4.0 online and didn't like it it. I'm 5' 10" and 205 in decent shape and the xl was way too tight. Tried the xxl and just didn't like them either. Would love to try these but worried about sizing. Any comments?
Thanks! I'll give em a try.Andy S.":3fnhhzji said:This has been my experience as well. I typically order one size bigger than I normally wear.Gravey":3fnhhzji said:Looks like the comments say they run small. ..............Any comments?

Yeah I was a little worried. Question though...how warm is this stuff supposed to be? It's super thin and on the surface doesn't look like it would keep you warm but I know looks can be deceiving. Just looking for temp ranges to use it in.Andy S.":1nlpt2tu said:Great news Gravey. I'm glad y'all like what you ordered and you don't have to hassle with sending stuff back.
ThanksVermin93":3dnq4x44 said:200 gram is considered lightweight and by itself it is not going to be very warm on stand. You will need to layer appropriately.
Notice they have a short sleeve t-shirt version, also 200 gram. You can wear that in warm weather and be comfortable because it's not that warm.

I agree 100%, plus it's easy to shed, fold up and stow away if you were to get hot.REN":gtm3ptz4 said:it will be warmer then you think.......
That's all I used last year during deer season was the light weight merino wool, it works better than expect it to.REN":2eig08u5 said:Gravey":2eig08u5 said:Yeah I was a little worried. it will be warmer then you think, i thought the same thing on all the stuff i got but was really surprised how much heat it would retain. Yes 190-200 is considered light layer so on real cold days you can layer on top of that. I actually LOVE the light layers for turkey hunting early season because it goes from cool to hot pretty fast and those layers you don't have to take off when it warms up but will keep you warm when it is cold in the morning.
