Either or. I prefer green over brown. But brown are definitely fun to catch.

I have not fished Dale Hollow in decades and saw a fishing tournament on TV. They were fishing milfoil or some kind of grass which was not there when I fished last. Is it still there and has it improved the fishing?

I definitely prefer the brown ones- just curious why you prefer largemouth. Smallmouth just seem to give you more of a show!

They bit pretty good yesterday. Some fish came up on the full moon Friday and are bedding. Some fish moving out too. Caught them on topwater and flipping super shallow and Carolina rig in 5 to 10 feet. Had several largemouth and slot smallmouth that were beat up bad. The tournament had one 20 pound bag. Lots of 14 -16 pound bags.
