Dale Hollow

The wife and I are taking a trip to Dale Hollow for new years to try to catch smallmouth. Anyone have any tips? We have never been there before.

Silver buddys, Ned rig , maybe jerk bait depending on water temperature & weather. Might try wiggle wart sometime they work . I would target bluff walls in Mitchell creek and gravel points just inside Hendricks creek.

Float and fly works good in water below 57 degrees. Legendary smallmouth angler Bob Coan used it .
