I have custom signs for sale that are made of white oak barrel heads. The pictures are samples of what i can do. The images are burned on by a CNC laser engraver. I can put any image you want with any lettering. ( i cannot legally do copyright stuff). Several finish options are available. They measure 21" across. These make great home decor and great unique Christmas presents. $75

Nice work! I've got a barrel head in my barn I've been holding onto to do something like that. My buddy made me 2 rocking chairs out of the barrels themselves.

I can usually get them done in a couple of days. The laser takes several hours. Depending on how much time i have to spend designing the graphics.
