One of the finest things ever. Especially ladled over a fine piece of blackened/grilled fish that is resting on cheese grits.

Best I ever ate was in a New Orleans place in Charlotte NC.

Once was there with a black co-worker and he took a triple-order home with him in his carryon. Now the interesting thing is this guy, a great friend and very skilled guy. never talked about his family or upbringing, nothing. Just work.
We are exiting Memphis Airport and I said why did you get the crawfish stuff because I could not say etufay? He said his Grandma would not believe him that he found her recipe in NC.
