Got up late so sitting on a stump shot a coyote at 70 yards-went to check him out and was leaning on a tree and thirty minutes later I turn around and the deer is staring at me from 40 yards

Had a couple different older gentlemen look at the coyote and said gonna be a bad winter off that coat is any indication. He had a super thick coat , heavier than any I have killed even in January or February the last couple years
