Complete electronics upgrade.

Upgraded the Stratos for Tournement season. Put a Lowrance HD7 in back and an HD5x up front, got the structure scan as well. Cant wait to get it on the boat and hit the water!

Never been much on all these electronic things... I have a basic fish finder with depth, temp, and volts. Cheap Lowrance unit. While I would like to have one with GPS, the other stuff just seems to get in the way of fishing to me. Kinda like the Alabama rig... LOL

Even if you know what's down there, you still have to fool them into eating.

Was looking at the hbirds, they have better customer service than lowrance, but was told lowrance is working hard to get a good reputation in that department. I wanted to go with the bigger screens but momma woulda killed me over the price of the set up.

Thats the same set up I have, but I have the HDS 5 upfront. I really like mine.

I have the 1198 humminbird. Side scan and down imagine is awesome. Plus the gps. They are very user friendly to.
