Fall has fell... Saturday was the first day that I had to fish behind a cold front. Yuck! Low temps and high winds are not conducive to good catfishing.
Fortunately I had three hardcore guys willing to tough it out for the long haul, and they could fish. Adam, Chris and Donnie came over from Middle Tenn. We plugged away for about ten hours on two different lakes, paid our dues and put a few good fish in the boat.
Adam scored a personal best. Sadly we fell short for Donnie and Chris. If it was baseball, a .330 average would be good ... in catfish guiding, not so much.
But I think a good time was had by all. That means life is good and gettin' better every day!
