I read your other post, yes it's often hot in October and November.It has been a well above average October, that's for sure. And one of the driest on record. And it's looking like at least the first half of November will be well above average. Record breaking? Not even close. But well above average.
But it still doesn't make me like it. My rut isn't until first few Days of December. So I won't hunt until it gets cold or the rut. I just don't enjoy it when it's hot.
and I hunt to have fun, no other reason. And when it's hot it isn't fun, plus all the insects, sweat, and whatever I have to deal with.
