Closest public land to Nashville where I might find a few squirrels?

I can't do a tremendous amount of walking on rough ground any more, but i still enjoy getting out there. And squirrel season sounds like it might sooth my soul a bit. Can someone point me toward a place nearby where I might be able to find a few? This will be my first attempt at hunting in TN since we moved here last November.

This is the link to TN's WMA map. Click on the WMA that's closest to you and it'll give you the specific WMA rules for that area. You should be able to find an accessible place to hunt squirrels on most any of them.

If you're in Antioch, Yanahli would be a decent choice, but you could probably get to Percy Preist in a fraction of the time.

Natchez Trace State Park may be out of range for you but they have miles of firebreak roads that are easy to walk. I've hunted there and sometimes you can get a limit and never leave the road.
