Yes! The daily landowner exemption thread 
My parents and I are all TN residents. I want to make sure that I can hunt the farm they own in Greene Co during the upcoming antlerless deer non-quota hunts (Dec 22-28 and Dec 29-Jan4) under the landowner exemption. On page 26 of the guide, it is stated that landowners hunting their own land are exempted from having to obtain a type 94 permit. My question is would I fall into this category of being license and type 94 permit exempt or is it only the owners of the land (as stated in the guide) that would be exempt from the type 94 permit, which in this case is my parents only. I believe it is clear in the guide that I would be exempt from having to purchase the license.
The way the guide reads, I believe a case could be made either way.
