Stephanne Dennis, a recent guest speaker at the TNDeer Vous, asked me to give a shout out for her. As some of you know, she is an extraordinary outdoors person but she is an even better writer. She recently participated in TWRA's XBOW event (No� that's not short for crossbow) over in the Big South Fork River and Recreation Area. I believe this is the first of a few blogs to come about that particular adventure but I wanted to share the website for those interested.

Glad to hear Charit Creek Lodge is still open (thought it had shut down).

I've been there a couple times. Very unique, somewhat similar to LeConte. In fact, last time I was there, think the same people who manage LeConte ran Charit Creek.
