Not sure about the tournament out of Edgar Evins but the friday night out of Ragland Bottoms took 19 to win. Most are fishing above Ragland Bottoms and around the island.
 
I heard that it took around 18 to win the EE tourney. We only had around 9 lbs. We won the Ed Rogers or CH Open last sat night with 6 that weghed over 22. Had 3 brown ones. Just couldn't get the big bite this wknd. Took 20 to win the Hillis tourney out of ragland last night.
