I have 4 of these. I love cell cams, but I am not spending $3-400 per camera. They work well enough. when ON SALE they are $99. when not on sale they are $149.
Easy to use and set up, remember it is basically a cell phone, so from time to time you have to update the firmware.
You get 100 pics per month free. If put in the right spot (obscure trail) with little brush to cause the camera to trigger you can run it for free. If you put it in a high traffic area you need to buy a plan through them. depending on how you pay and how you want to use it depends on the monthly price (paying up front for the year is cheaper).
I had one break and they tried to help me trouble shoot it and when that didn't work, they sent me a new one. They are in Canada, but have some stuff run out of Iowa.
No. You have to do it manually. I may be wrong but I think that is how they all work.Shed Hunter":2xhe864q said:Bone Collector":2xhe864q said:rtaylor":2xhe864q said:I've got a couple of the Spypoints and they do pretty good. How often do you have to update? Being cellular they should just automatically do it
