I took the 6 BRDX barreled action out of the Shehane bench stock and put in the AI chassis for some prone shooting,,meant to work out to 1000 but the bottom dropped out after 9-10 shots at 600,,the first 3 were less than 2.5 inches in a drizzle just a little right,,the loaded round is 2.405 for reference,,about then it started raining so I just unloaded the mag on paper as fast as I could without adjusting wind and got 4 shots almost exactly 3 inches with my glasses fogged up,,
I really like this Stiller switch barrel/stock system,,I can setup and shoot either 6.5x47 or 6mm BRDX barrel in either the AICS 1.5 with 5 and 10 round mags or the Shehane ST1000-F single shot benchrest stock and be ready to shoot any combo in 15 minutes,,
pics from today
600 to square steel and paper,,1025 to gongs on hill
rifle gettin wet
first 3 from cold barrel ,10.75 up and 1.25 left
last 4 rainin pretty good,,half minute prone in the rain,I will take that
