cats

we are having problems with people dumping cats on our property
there has been at least thirty in the last 5 to 6 months
now i don't have a problem with cats but with people just dumpimg them
some of them are barely old enough to start walking and the coyotes have gotten most of them
but i hate to see any animal done that way
who should i contact
the hardeman county animal control won't take them and i exhausted my supply of people to give them to

Sorry, I have no idea where to send you. There may be some rescue agencies in Memphis that will take them. Since it involves domestic animals it is not a TWRA issue.
