Skimming around the book of face and one of the pages I follow had a picture of a catfish.
Guy was saying he just recently discovered how good belly meat was.
Then another guy said, don't forget the cheek meat and tongues.

Never in my life have I ever heard of eating a catfish tongue.
Am I the only one?

Some people down here will take a catfish head and clean it to make what they call a Catfish Courtbuillion. (Coo-be-yon). I talked to a lady that had a seafood market. She bought whole catfish and cleaned them. The big ones she would also sell the heads to people who wanted them. She said some people wanted her to clean them first, but she said she's not doing that, got to take the whole head.

Grandma's favorite part of the squirrel was the brains, my uncles shot the game and caught the fish she cut and skinned it all, no filet knife for her, split and scaled cornmealed and fried lol. I will pass on the belly's cheeks and other parts not normally ate

Nuff said. Once you say those words, nothing has to make sense afterwards 😆
Not picking on ruger but i have noticed alot of people saying "the book of face". Think they rather not admit they are on facebook, so they dont say the sites name.
