do I need a lake permit along with my sportsman lic to fish here? :? :? :? :?

I am not TWRA but I fish there alot and yes you must have a permit to fish there.
Or to be on the water at all, no matter what you are doing.
I think they call it a "user permit".
If you have a Carroll County license plate it is $3.00 per day, non-Carroll County license plate it is $5.00 per day for the permit.
You can get a yearly permit also, I am not sure what the Carroll County resident is but the non-Carroll County is $30.00 for a full year.
