anyone been down there? are they spilling water or just generating? so they got the flood gates open?
yep i always do good on heavy generation. as soon as i see my work schedule for the week ill be making a day to head down there.MidTennFisher said:My guess is 24/7 generation for the week, it's been constant for a while. I'd like to get one last wading trip in before I move out of Cookeville this coming Friday but I don't think it's gonna happen. I've had some good results lately fishing below the dam during heavy generation though (not with the sluice on). Catching a bunch of 13.5-14" trout that are barely not too big to keep and nice and fat! This time of year, with the heavy flows, the rockfish might be at the dam as well.

Saw a guy hook a rockfish last week, he got it up to the rocks but it bent the hook and came off. It was about 2 feet long and he just had on a bream hook lol
