Can you shoot TSS through this choke?

I just ordered a new Mossberg 930 and it comes with a Pro-Factor Ported Choke Tube - XX-Full. Anyone know if you can shoot TSS through this choke?

Never heard of that choke, but I'd want to know the constriction. You can always mic it if you can't find the specs online. TSS does NOT have to be choked like lead and HTL.

You'll be fine. People shoot it through chokes much tighter than that. The real risk with hard shot and tight chokes comes into play more with bigger shot sizes like steel duck loads.

I'd shoot it without hesitation. For pattering purposes, I pattern that choke and a full choke in same setup, both at 40 yards. The full choke may surprise you with TSS.
