I have use quite a bit of the Webber brand rubs that you can buy at walmart. There are several, but their basic bbq dry rub has a good classic bbq flavor with no heat. Everyone I've cooked for seems to like it.

Dry Rub:
8 tablespoons light brown sugar, tightly packed
3 tablespoons kosher salt
1 tablespoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon jalapeno seasoning
1/2 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning
1/2 teaspoon rubbed thyme
1/2 teaspoon onion powder

I went with pit boss pulled pork rub. Got it in the smoker now.

Memphis dust for me too. And the Mrs O'Leary's Cow Crust is fantastic on Prime Rib.

Well I just pulled it and it was amazing!! But I will try a few on here as suggested next time.

Lately I have been using just black pepper, onion and garlic powder, salt, red pepper flakes. We have been using the meat for tacos, burritos etc. It still makes a great samich too.

Yes pretty good bark (it surprised me), not as heavy because of lack of sugar(s). But still very tastey

Yea I know in Texas a lot of the pit guys there go straight salt and pepper for the rub.

SAMs we have also had them deliver when they were doing a local catering and picked up at the catering. I believe they will ship it to you also.
