Bushnell Cellucore question

Just got the Bushnell Cellucore Verizon. I have full strength on my cell phone with Verizon; however, I cannot get the Cellucore to connect (keeps blinking green). Any suggestions?

I have no idea....was hoping those Moultries and this camera would be viable alternative to Reveals.
