Anyone ever use 200 grain bullet for muzzle loading and what do you think of them?

The lightest bullet i shoot in a 50cal is the Barnes 225gr XPB and i think its a great bullet. They do offer a similar 200gr XPB made for 45LC also but ive never shot it. The 200gr 40cal SST is a nice bullet for a 45cal and some people like it in 50x40 sabots too.

i shot them years ago in a 45 cal cva,was not impressed .they killed but very little blood deer always ran around 100 yards

I shot a 200 gr. Hornady hollow point years ago. They expanded good and shot good. It was a .44 cal in a sabot.

I use 195 grain Barnes Expanders in my 45 cal smokeless. They are bad news for a deer.

The only bullets I've ever used in my NEF Sidekick 50 cal ML is the TC Shockwave 200 grain. I've killed 3 deer with it. They expand well, kill fast and hardly kick at all. I'm changing bullets this year, but not because of any shortcomings with the TC, but rather that I want to experiment with using my own cast bullets.
