Got my second buck of the year. It is the biggest deer I've ever gotten. Eight point that weighed 137 field dressed. Not a giant by any means but the best I've done since I started 3 years ago...

BTW, got him in Roane County and he was looking for a female friend. Tarsals dark and smelly and neck enlarged. Guess they are still chasing some round here...

Congrats! I've hunted Roane County for the last two weeks and have seen nothing. :( The last time I saw anything was during ML season.

Yeah, do my processing at the office...Might have saved him if he hadn't been field dressed...

Time of death 4:35 pm

Cause of death...Projectile trauma to spine about T-4...

Instrument of death...Rem 700 VTR 308 150 gr.
