Do you keep a weather log?? If so,.. was there something that happened with a weather condition on wednesday the 28th that was different than in weeks prior.

For some reason,.. deer movement during daylight hours was unbelievable that day. I observed twice as many deer from the road going to and from work and my brother the same. My uncle hunted that day and saw 10 deer before getting to the farm at 11 o'clock. On stand, he observed 9 more deer. 1 being a mature buck in the midle of the day. My trail cam photo's during the day tripled that 1 day. All the rest nocturnal. Just curious what happened that day and if it was related to a weather condition.

Thanks

What ever it was, it was region-wide. I got more daylight pictures on the 28th than any day previous.

It was a day that a weak front came through in the morning.

I agree, had deer in my yard and neighborhood, only happens once or twice a year.

That was by far the craziest thing i've ever seen since putting out cameras. I sure was hoping someone would know what the trigger was for that day. That way,.. next time i could schedule a day off from work.

I wish I knew the answer deerchaser007, but having a particularly "hot day" on camera is fairly common. I see it every year.

If you do figure it out ,.. PLEASE let me know!!

I've seen it in years past also,. but not like the 28th. Not in 8 years of camera use have i seen triple my number of pics during daylight during season. Maybe its a sign of things changing for the better in my area. Hope so........

Thanks BSK.
