A lot will change from now until then. If the rain keeps up, it will be more difficult than normal due to an abundant acorn crop, atleast in my area. If the cooler temps stick around, ill definitely be wanting to get out there more

I hope so, but the undergrowth is gonna be some kinda thick, I plan on getting out in the next week and getting a line on the acorn trees on my place

I really dont believe the unusually hot or cold temps effect the deer much.Remember they live in it all year.100 degrees is nothing to a deer. When its 105 and you see them in the middle of the day in the fields. It means the temperature doesnt bother them.
Now maybe the insects in the thick wooded areas do bother them. The unusually wet summer so far may change their feeding habits come hunting season or any time of year.
They are going to go wherever the food source is.
I just hope its during daylight hours of the hunting season.
