Bird riding a deer

When I first saw this video, I thought the bird was just accidentally landing on the doe. But further videos in the series showed the bird was eating bugs out of the doe's coat. I guess it's one of those symbiotic arrangements like egrets eating parasites off rhinos' backs and the like. Can anyone identify the species of bird? Is it a Junko?
