Finally got one down!
Cold and muddy this morning. Me and the boy were in the blind by 5:30am. A little light purring and light tree yelps and had 3 gobbling. Moved the blind closer to the pond this time. Looked up on the hill and he was standing up there a looking. Looked behind me and there were 2 at full strut with a bunch of hens! He was watching them too. Anyhow it took about 30 minutes for him to finally strut his way to the pond crossing. Let him hold it at about 25 yards! The Boy come unglued! Lost his mind!! Jumped up and ran to the bird still flopping!! Just a screaming!! He is a junky now!! lol!!

It would not be any fun to me not to have these little people to go with. That makes it fun!! Could care less if I ever hunted by myself again! They fight to see who is going.
