Oh man, I thought my aunt was crazy when she gave me this thing for Xmas. I stuck a chicken in there, beer can inside of course, rubbed with some homemade poultry seasoning and after 3 hours it tasted like crispy rotisserie chicken with crispy skin and was really juicy. Get one if you don't have one, well worth the investment. Also will cook lots of other stuff like wings, and they were good too. healthy because of no breading needed and no oil.
