What are y'all using?

I use a big iron pot on a propane cooker. Thinking of upgrading.

I use a Birmingham Stove and Range cast iron Flat Bottom Pot made in the 1940's and a propane cooker, that's for the small stuff.

Bayou classic double burner with two 8 qt cast iron dutch ovens.doesn't cost an arm and a leg for cooking oil. You might need something larger if you're cooking for an army.

I think cheap oil taste better and better for you than peanut oil.

Depends on the amount and number of people cooking for. I have an outside propane burner if cooking a lot. I'd just for a few then the cast iron on the stove will do. Medium size group we break out the fry daddy.

Cooked many gallons of fish and hush puppies in a double propane cooker and cast iron pots.

I got a Camp Chef explorer double burner, 2 large SS thick bottom pots. But been thinking about getting 2 cast iron dutch ovens. I recommend the double burner I use it for wok cooking also.

I recently switched from propane to a double commercial electric fryer. I will never be going back to propane.
