Best/favorite fishing hours?

What hours do you consider the best/favorite for fishing? (Highest probability)
For bass I always thought around 7:30-10:00 or so in the morning.
Catfish last hour of daylight and about the next two hours.
Crappie- I have no idea

early morning or late evening.. night fishing can be good in the summer

Anytime i get to go is best,lol.love being on the water.
