Bear Relocating

Is the TWRA relocating bears in some North Middle Tennessee counties,several bears being seen in my home county.I wish there were a population of bears in my county,we drive 200 miles to Cades Cove in hopes of seeing bears but usually no bears spotted.I got a trail camera bear pic only 200 yards from my back door,great thrill for sure

TWRA is not relocating bears to any Middle TN counties. I suspect what you are seeing is some natural expansion, or at least roaming, from the Big South Fork populations. It is pretty common to have sub-adult males roam long distances during the summer and early fall months.
