Ketchup is the base and I breakdown the raspberries in honey and brown sugar in a saucepan on the stove. I add red wine vinegar, a little mustard powder and a touch of cayenne. It is really good on pork tenderloin

Sounds good. Can you give us some ratios, measurements or approximations?

These are really approximations as I just make it to taste each time. One package of raspberries from produce section, 2 1/2 cups of ketchup (Heinz as there is no other), few tablespoons of honey and few tablespoons of brown sugar, 3 tablespoon of red wine vinegar, 1/4 teaspoon of cayenne and half teaspoon of mustard powder. Basically after I cook down the raspberries in the honey and brown sugar, I just mix everything else together.

Add 1 cup apple cider vinegar (more if you like) 1/2 cup of ketchup. 1 cup of brown sugar. A couple tbsp of worshersire sauce and hot sauce. Then add your spices. I do garlic salt, smoked paprika, black and cayenne pepper, crushed red pepper. For more heat (which I like) I add jalapeño powder and Carolina reaper powder. Combine everything and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for a few minutes while stirring so everything is combined. I usually make a gallon at a time. Between friends and family it doesn't last long.

The original Blues hog is the best IMO.
