Bank Fishing

Half day for me tomorrow, any suggestions on ponds or lakes good for bank fishing in/near Memphis/Cordova? Catching fish would be nice but I'm not taking them home. Just catch and release for some decompression. Checking weather I may not have too long to fish due to rain and they prolly won't bite due to temperatures, but a bad day on the lake is better than a good day at school. Suggestions on where to go and what to use?

There are several ponds inside of Shelby Farms that I used to walk or ride a bike to. Even though it's all open to the public, it might be fun to find one on Google Maps that isn't on a road and give that a shot.

Or go try to catch a trout left over from January's stocking (I have caught them as late as early April before). See the TWRA website for the list of lakes/ponds that are stocked. One of them is in Shelby Farms, by the big visitor center, actually.
