In tree stand when possible
Sprinkled with rosemary, garlic, salt and pepper. Roasted to 130 degrees and let set. Covered in peppers and onions that were lightly fried in a skillet with balsamic vinegar and maple syrup. Potatoes with butter, parmesean cheese and garlic. Then some corn for a side.

 
Thank goodness for leftovers. Sliced some real thin with cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomato and some of the pepper/onions on toasted wheat bread with mayo. Didn't have time for picture. I was too busy fending off the kids. If I had set it down it would have diapered. { Disappeared}

LOL, we wouldn't want to diaper it!!!
