Back at it in Fayette county

kiddos had a Christmas program this morning so i just got here. Warm n windy. Passed a couple bucks on trucks so must be movin some. My first hunt since sunday so i was goin regardless of weather. Anyone else huntin?

Not hunting but just seen several deer feeding in fields on way home

In my stand at 5:30 set until11:30 and not one deer.

Wow..dont sound to promising. I will let yall know how it goes. Im putting aside the big buck only hunt today and in a "brown its down" mode..need more meat

I jumped a lot of deer while stalking thickets for rabbits yesterday. One group of 4 or 5 about gave me a heart attack. Too thick to make out headgear, but one was really big bodied and THUMPED the ground when it ran.

In the stand as well in Fayette. Mostly does moving for us. Jumped something big in the thicket way part I could find the other day. Sounded like a freight train bustin through the brush.

Got skunked again..saw 8 does in field on way home and a nice 8 on a truck. At it in morning again
