that are on here and OG too, I know several are here and several also took part in the contest this past spring. There are several polls pertaining to the 2012 Turkey Contest and possible options that you should vote on.

Also, if you haven't been over there in a while, the bingo game is going again and there is a very nice set of calls for the upcoming Christmas Bingo game.... get over there and read the post, get your states turned in, and play.

I'll have to head that way tomorrow. I don't know if I'll mess with the bingo again. I didn't do to good last year. I went through a stretch of like 1 state in 4 or 5 days or something like that. I didn't pay any attention to it after that lol.

I guess I will join the contest again. I don't know if I will be put on the same team I was on or not. Nothing against the guys I was on the team with but it would be kinda cool to be on the same team as some on here.

I think it was 3rd.... If we would have gotten the correct shot in the photos of Baxter83's tripple bearded gobbler, I am pretty confident you guys would have had 1st.

I'm on old gobbler but I never did the contest. I would like to team up with some guys from here that I "know".

Depending on how many previous team members show up again this year for VooDoo Hunters, I might be interested in swapping over to TTCM.... :grin:

SwampHunter, I believe you are required to have 100 posts to join in the contest.... unless the rule is/was changed for the new season.

I think they waived the post minimum last year. Spit an I didn't have 100 when we created the team, they may add the post min back this year though.

I was thinking Shock, Gobble, & Awe took 2nd... and you guys were 3rd...

When I took the pics, I forgot about getting the whole beard from protruding from the skin to the measurement on the tape in one total pic....

i think the rules on the pics are a bit dumb to start with.It is a contest build on trust...there are not many ways to take pics by yourself and the tape of anything be readable. i mean how do you get the pic of the entire bird in while weighing it yet still be able to read the scale?

either way it was a fun time and look forward to it again this year. TCM had a great season and most of the guys on our team were actually from here minus a few (i am reynolds243 on there BTW).

Spit and i were captins for it and most of the guys had pretty good seasons and kept up with rules. We need to make some minor changes to our team this year but anyone else from here are welcome to join if there is openings (which i am sure there will be)

there are only a few rules for team mafia

1. you have to post, you cant just log in every now and then to read. we like guys to come on and post and talk. We are in it to win it but out for a good time as well

2. you have to go into the trashing talking forum at least once and call Grizzly a sissy lol (unless he switches over to our team)

3. you have to keep up with the rules and ad-hear to them, as well as get your pics in as soon as possible. you can text spit or i the photos if need be and we will post them for you.


long way till season but man i really cant wait i am so pumped for it!
