Anyone use a fawn decoy this time of year?

I picked up a Lucky Duck Fawn Decoy on sale several months ago. It had pretty good reviews by some coyote hunters. I guess it's about time to give it a try. I have a FoxPro Fury 2 caller to use with it. I was wondering if anyone hunts this time of year with a similar setup and if you have any suggestions for someone trying a fawn decoy for the first time.

Decoys have always worked against me. Seems like when they see it, they hang up but when I'm calling and they can't see where the sound is coming from, they keep coming. Just my experience, others swear by them.

use them in the winter sometimes to give a shooter a better angle, but I will not kill a coyote in the summer
