Anyone fish the Triton Owners Tournament?

It was fun fishing it but it was tough fishing the ledges with the wind blowing 15 out of the north on friday and 15 out of the southwest on Saturday.

I fished in the same area as the winner on Sat.I didnt fish the tourney,just tryin to catch a few.

It was my first time fishing it. My dad has a triton. I have an older stratos. Cant afford a new boat with 4 kids. It was definetly the best run tournament i have ever fished. We had a 11.2 the first day but we didnt catch a limit of keepers on day two so we just turned em loose and didnt bother weighing in. The were only squeakers anyway. I did win some oil though as a door prize.

Where is this held? I would like to fish it next time?

The past couple of years it has been out of Paris landing. I don't know if it's always out of there though, or if they switch places every few years.

They said it would be held again next year at Kentucky Lake. June 1-3 2013 will be the dates for next year. Just go to tritonboats.com and they should still have the info posted on their website.

I heard it took a load to win. Guy from here in Knox had almost 30 lbs on first day with one over 10 lbs I understand!
