Anybody know what variety tomato this is?

Seems I got some varieties that were mislabeled.Kind of pyramidal shaped and ribbed.

Italian variety I'm thinking.... Cuore di Bue ("oxheart"). All the ones I've grown are pointy on the bottom (German Strawberry, Hungarian Heart, etc.). Some of the Italian ones are pointy toward the top.... I've never grown any of them.
