Another reason Japanese Beetles SUCK

I bet I have taken a full frontal face shot from these suckers 10 times in the last week.
Two right between the eyes and one RIGHT on the end of the nose !
Almost as bad is when they get you right on the lip.

I am about ready to beak out the full face helment !

Sheesh.
They feel like you are getting hit by a dang brick.

I know what you mean. I took one to the neck Wednesday at about 50mph.

LMBO!! I love my full face, them beatles HURT!!! I used to eat them regular on the Harley.

It wasn't Outdoor Lady.
Worst part is I was running right at 75 when it hit me.
Definately watered the ole eyes.


Worst thing yet, however, was when I hit the bird.
Somehow it got me right on the inside of my left thigh.
I think the beetle to the nose hurt worse but the bird hurt quite a bit longer.
Luckily I wasn't running but about 45 when I hit the bird.

My dad knew a guy once that got killed that way. Beetle hit im in the corner of the eye and lodged in his brain......

You ought to come up to Pa. and try out our June Bugs!! Now there is a bug that will make your eyes water!! They are about the size of a Quarter and really smart when you hit them.. but i will take them any day over your Red Wasps!!

Dang Ruger.
Did the bird die?

A turkey hit me one time dang near took me off the bike and I thought for sure I was going to lose it that time. I saw them crossing the road and I slowed down all flew off except one. Got right at the best/worse spot he decided to take flight and crashed right into the top of my helment.

It flipped over a few times and landed upside down in the ditch.
I started to go back and stomp on it to make sure, but I am pretty sure it did.

A bird to the thigh & a turkey to the helmet... I AM keeping notes, that is for sure!

I actually have one DA.
I take it off in the summer though.
I would rather take a few to the nose than have it on there all the time.
