Another leftover permit question?

I was lucky enough to get a leftover permit for my son and I yesterday morning. The permit is for prentice cooper. When I printed the permits, it doesn't say where it's for and the dates are really messed up. It states it is for August 28th 2017 to August 28th 2018. Will these permits work with dates incorrect. There are a few other #s on the permit, like order number and agent id. Will one of these numbers tell the important people what they need to know or should I contact someone?

I would contact the License Sales folks at 615-781-6585 and run it by them.
