Good hire for Arkansas. Some say UT's offense hasn't been as good since he left. Think he'll do well there just hopefully not against the Vols.

I think that's a good hire. I like the idea of hiring assistant coaches. You're paying them for what they accomplished somewhere else. When or if they do a good job you can pay them for when at they accomplish for you.

Speaking of "the bank," what if all the new coaching contracts and player NIL deals reduced guaranteed compensation and awarded performance incentives?

Seems like a simple concept of paying for performance.
