Purple Onion and myself are cooking 9 Boston Butts tonight ...... put them on about 8:45 pm tonight ......... pics will follow tomorrow ......... I could not keep him away from the cooler .....

What kind of rub are you using? I did one last night. Cant wait to get off work!

Oh! and my rub was a little of the following:
-red pepper
-garlic seasoning
-brown sugar
-black pepper
-paprika
-Cayenne pepper
-Lowery's seasoning

I coated it with some yellow mustard then patted the rub on.
