Redeemed myself Saturday with the flintlock rifle I built on an earlier thread. The dreaded "nightmare target" is shot offhand at 25 yards. Those animal heads at that distance get mighty small when looking through open sights. Well anyway, the score was a perfect 50 with one x-center...first ever for me on this target. Now I need to start working on 50 and 100 yards.
