Just fired up the smoker . Doing 2 lb bologna chub, 3 lbs smoked sausage from Georgia and a dozen chicken legs, skin removed, marinated overnight in Dijon mustard and bbq rub ,then wrapped in bacon.

I bet those chicken legs are fantastic!

I love them. finish them off with a bbq sauce thinned with dr pepper and honey. jeff phillips smoking meat recipe. he has a lot of good stuff
