one shot at each target,prone,standing,kneeling and sitting,,no rest or support of any kind,no sling or anything,,complete off hand.

the guys on RFC postal matches turn in scores in the 330-350 range most of the time,,I honestly believe I can get that good by the end of summer,

hitting a .175 dot at 50 feet offhand is pretty dang tough,,heck keeping them in the black isnt easy either..

That is actually very good shooting, particularly for your first time. I can never do it, ever, tried more than once. IIRC there is a mandated sequence that I always thought was designed to drag your score down. I found even being hungry had an impact on my score. Keep at it, I wish you well, like to hear about your progress.
