That from Hal? I'm going to get some ordered in the next few days. I've got a couple of buddies who want to try the 9s in their 20 gauges.

Yep, thats 8.5s (300 per ounce) you better hurry people are snatching it up quickly. He ran out about this time last year

Yeah I had to buy some from somebody else's surplus last year and paid hal to reimburse them when he got more in. I messages him the other day about the 9s. I hope he is going to Nashville for the convention.

How much per shell when it's all done?

To much lol

No doubt. Most of the time you kill turkeys at 25-35 yards and it seems stupid to shoot an $8.00 shell. But the comfort that comes from knowing that hanging up at 60 yards wont save them, and no longer thinking "I wish I could get to that tree 15 yards closer" makes it worth it. Peace of mind is worth a lot.

How many Turkey shells do you shoot a year? I bet not enough to go for the cheep stuff. I personally prefer to blow there face off  But hey 1 pellet will kill em

Non toxic shot will be a requirement nationwide, within 5 yeara so I've decided to stock up before the companies can make there own prices

Collapse that 5 years now down to 3.
It has already happened on many federal lands, and is happening now in some states.

I know this isn't a "political" thread, but these political moves to make ammo almost too costly to shoot may greatly harm the future of both hunting and shooting. Under the ruse of protecting the environment, it is more a long-term plan to reduce the popularity of shooting and hunting. This makes it easier to pass gun-control agendas, reduce and outlaw shooting sports and sport hunting.

Imagine the cost of going dove hunting or shooting sporting clays after the proposals to outlaw lead have come to full fruition. While enforcement may currently be lax, I believe it is currently illegal to use any lead loads for hunting rabbits, squirrel, dove, and turkeys on all National Wildlife Refuges. (Yes, I do realize there is validity to not using lead in areas where waterfowl can ingest. There is also validity to the realization windmills are a greater threat to endangered birds.)
