I tried a couple ways, there's a message that says the item is not eligible for the $99* free shipping.

It's still not a bad deal, but $15 for shipping doesn't look as appealing

It will ship free, I believe, but the cost of the ammo doesn't apply to the $99 threshold, if that makes sense—you'd need $99+ of non-Ammo stuff in your cart to get free shipping on the ammo. Maybe…

It's all a moot point now anyway because it is showing as "Out of stock, no backorder".
