I'd be interested in a new lease for next season. Does anyone have any west TN leases they know of that are available? Thanks.
 
I know a guy that has a nice school bus setup in a field off the Great River Road, near I-155 out of Dyersburg. It's about $1,500 a season for one person....not sure though. Actual pricing between you and the dude that runs it. Limited guest privileges are allowed, mainly because of limited space in the blind. Decoys, setup, fuel, etc. are covered. Just show up and shoot. Bring your own food.

I'm not sure what the availability will be in '20-'21 season.
